Summary of the parents' council meeting of May 19, 2026

Dear Parents

Here is the information from the last parents' council meeting:

• Registration / Changes to Day School & Care: Registrations and changes regarding day school and care for the upcoming school year are possible from June 18th to July 2nd. Families will receive a separate letter from the authorities regarding this.

The school also offers support with initial registration. Further information will follow.

• Traffic situation around the school

Despite the new road markings at Any-Klawa-Platz, Bullingerplatz, and in front of the school building, the situation at Hardplatz remains unresolved. The mixed traffic between pedestrians and cyclists is still perceived as particularly dangerous.

The parents' council is currently awaiting feedback from the relevant authorities as to whether additional measures are possible.

• Summer Festival on June 26, 2026 The summer festival will take place on June 26 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Planned activities include:

Fabric printing/craft stand (please feel free to bring your own textiles or fabric items to print on), ice cream truck, cake stand.
